The terms under which Heal-X, LLC provides the Heal-X clinical decision-support platform to clinicians and patients.
By creating an account, starting a conversation, or otherwise using Heal-X, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Heal-X is a clinical decision-support platform that helps licensed practitioners build safety-checked, data-driven wellness plans from patient conversations, assessments, and labs, and route them to EHRs and product fulfillment. The platform generates patterns, signals, and plan suggestions — it does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional clinical judgment.
Clinician accounts are available only to licensed healthcare practitioners credentialed in a jurisdiction relevant to their patients. Peptide decision-support is gated until the clinician is credentialed for it. Patients access Heal-X only through a treating clinician’s link. You confirm you meet any applicable age and licensing requirements.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify jake@heal-x.chat promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Heal-X, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Heal-X for its intended clinical decision-support purpose during the term. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, scrape the catalog or substance data, or use the platform to build a competing service.
Heal-X outputs are decision-support — not a diagnosis and not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Supplement statements are structure/function and have not been evaluated to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Peptide content is clinician-gated decision-support only.
You retain ownership of the clinical content you create. You grant Heal-X, LLC the rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform, and to process PHI as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and patient consents necessary to submit any health information you enter or upload.
Heal-X integrates with EHR systems (e.g. Practice Better, Healthie, Cerbo, Charm) and product-fulfillment vendors (NutriDyn, NorthStar, and others). Those services are governed by their own terms; Heal-X, LLC is not responsible for their conduct. Product links are resolved for fulfillment only and carry no price, vendor, or inventory data in the clinical record.
These Terms run while you use Heal-X. You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal compliance, or to protect the platform or patients. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including the clinical disclaimer, liability, and your responsibility for plans sent — remain in effect.
Heal-X is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heal-X, LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any plan output will be clinically appropriate for a specific patient.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heal-X, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform, or for clinical outcomes resulting from a clinician’s reliance on decision-support output. The clinician of record remains responsible for all clinical decisions. Aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid Heal-X, LLC for the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if greater, the minimum required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clinicians of significant changes.
